up on the challenge. I love reading her blog and she is a great inspiration. I would love to name the other lady who gave me the inspiration for these cards but for the life of me I can't remember which blog I saw the tutorial on, so if you see this, thank you very much for showing me a way to use up very small bits of paper. I looked through all my saved blogs but it is not there, so if anyone recognises the technique let me know. It looks as if I'll have to invest in a few more nesties but that won't be any hardship.
I have also been playing around with my new photoshop and I love using it. I am still a beginner but I altered a couple of pictures of our cats and so far I'm pleased with them, but they are not for public vieuwing yet.
So here are my 3 snippet cards
I used strips of backing paper and card, glued them on a piece of card a little bigger than the shape I wanted to cut, when dry I the card cut with different nesties. I love the effect, and it uses up lots of scraps. All the other elements in the cards are made up from small bits of left over card, the flowers took for ever but I have loads now for use on future projects. The ribbon is from the box and the swirls are die cut from left overs as well. Amazing how productive a rainy day can be.

Lovely cards Clare! Great way to use up those little scraps (I have way too many of those!) Hope you are well.

Gorgeous cards Claire - love the flowers!!
Love the idea with the strips on a card before cutting the shape - must try that as I do hate through bits a way.

Wow Claire .. .. what a fantastic finished look .. .. and a brilliant way for using up those snippets!!! Great for those smaller strips that we somehow always feel the need to keep "just in case" LOL!!!
Loving your flowers and the pastel colours on your last make.
Thank you for keeping me company on my "little" mission. LOL!!.
Love Jules xx
Wow Claire, these cards are lovely! They are so soft and feminine. I adore the little Lady Bug on the last card, such a wonderful little touch.

Well done for using up your scaps and joining in with Jules's mission!
I've joined in too!
Love your three cards. The flowers may have taken a while, but they were so worth it!
Hugs, Sandra
As you say......you have three beautiful snippet cards. It's fun to use up scraps as much as pulling a new sheet of paper for a card....a feeling of accomplishment for me...haha Been away and have missed checking your blog, but I'm back and will be checking in more. Thanks for the inspiration.
