Well done card from snippets

At last some time to work on the blog, it's been a busy summer with lots of new card customers.

This card is made from snippets so I'll take part in  http://jules-alwayswithaheart.blogspot.com/  challenge.
Base card from http://www.craftcreations.com/
The background paper is from Dessert Blooms  paperstack, I printed the text on it myself in brown. The mortar board is cut from black and blue card, the name is brown card. the sentiment is computer generated and the square metal buttons are from my box.
Thanks for looking

Lovely card Claire. I like how you have printed your own text on the background paper. The name Stephen has cut out beautifully. I am sure he will enjoy his personalised card!

Great card, Claire. I like that it's a hybrid mix - a great idea to print text onto the paper, one that I will try to remember to use in future. Elizabeth x

That's a great snippety card Claire. I always seem to think that background paper is just that and never think to stamp on it or tar it up in any way!! Looks like I'm missing out on a great technique though.
